MATERIALS & APPLICATIONS
Materials We Machine
At Bruvis, we custom CNC machine a full range of engineering plastics and elastomers — from high-performance grades like PEEK, PAI, PI and Filled PTFE to everyday workhorses like Nylon 6/6 and POM. Every part is machined from verified raw material and inspected before shipping. Browse the materials below, or send us your drawing for a fast quote.

FAQ
Q: What materials can you machine?
A: We machine 20+ engineering plastics and elastomers, including PEEK, Filled PTFE, POM, Nylon 6/6, PVDF, FKM, FFKM, HNBR and more. Custom grades and filled compounds available on request.
Q: What is the difference between PEEK and PTFE?
A: PEEK offers high strength and heat resistance up to 260°C (500°F), ideal for load-bearing parts. PTFE offers the lowest friction and broadest chemical resistance, ideal for seals and bearings.
Q: How fast can you deliver prototypes?
A: Prototypes are typically shipped within days after drawing approval. Production quantities from 10 to 100,000+ parts.
